We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect location data when you use the app to enable nearby station search and delivery tracking.
We use your information to process and deliver orders, communicate order updates, improve our service, and send important account notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We access your device location only while the app is in use to find nearby fuel stations and estimate delivery fees. Location data is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete your order.
With your permission, we send push notifications for order status updates (confirmed, en route, delivered). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with the assigned driver solely to fulfil your order. We use third-party services (Paystack for payments, Cloudinary for images, Railway for hosting) that have their own privacy policies.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Profile screen in the app.
