Gasoling is a fuel delivery platform that connects customers with delivery drivers to provide fuel to their specified location. We do not guarantee the availability of drivers or fuel at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
All orders placed through the app are subject to availability. Prices displayed are current at the time of ordering but may vary. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Delivery times are estimates only. Gasoling is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. You must ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass drivers or staff, to submit false orders, or to attempt to manipulate pricing.
Gasoling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
